Wholesale Orders:
Cow Wordly Cardstm has a 75 card minimum for wholesale orders.
Card prices for wholesale orders are $1.25 per card.

At this time, click here to bring up a printable Wholesale Order Form
which you may mail to the address printed at the bottom of that form
accompanied by your check or credit card information.
If using a credit card you have the option to fax the order form
to the fax number printed at the bottom of that form.
If using a credit card, please be sure to supply all credit card information
and the address of your credit card if different from the shipping address
and include the 3 digit CVV2 code on the back of the card.
Please also enter your tax resale number.

and I will email you a larger pdf of the same form for you to printout.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card,
money orders, and personal checks (with a 15 day bank clearance).
Your credit card account will be charged at the time of purchase.
International Customers: At this time, the online merchant provider will not accept
international currencies—you cannot check out online using a credit card
